Donation Fulfillment Policy

Smiles Bring Hope, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 27-4036987). This policy explains what you can expect after making a donation through our website.

1. Donations are gifts, not purchases

A donation to Smiles Bring Hope is a charitable gift. It does not purchase a physical product or a specific good or service in return, so nothing is shipped or delivered to you as a result of your donation. Your gift is used to fund free dental care and related programs for the children and communities we serve.

2. Confirmation of your donation

As soon as your donation is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your gift. This confirmation is sent immediately and serves as your initial record of the transaction.

3. Tax-deductible receipt

Because Smiles Bring Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your donation is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A formal, tax-deductible receipt is provided within 5 business days of your donation. If you need a receipt sooner, including for tax filing purposes, contact us directly and we will provide one.
